On Nov. 10, two of BCCM’s board members attended the MSU Product Center’s Making It In Michigan conference, held in Lansing. A few hours were spent talking to owners/producers/distributors of products made in Michigan, many from all-Michigan sourced ingredients!
In the afternoon, a session for Michigan natural food cooperatives was held. Bay City Cooperative Market was presented as a case study to the group! The support and knowledge shared was overwhelming.
