Berry Yogurt Parfaits with Granola
A light and wholesome recipe that’s as beautiful as it is delicious! These layered parfaits combine creamy yogurt, fresh seasonal berries, and crunchy granola—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy dessert.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Parfaits:
2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
1½ cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
1½ cups granola (homemade or store-bought)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for brightness)
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep the Ingredients
Wash and slice the berries if needed.
If using plain yogurt, you can sweeten it slightly with honey or maple syrup to taste.
2. Layer the Parfaits
In small glasses or jars, layer the ingredients in this order:
A couple spoonfuls of yogurt
A handful of berries
A spoonful of granola
Repeat layers until the containers are filled, ending with berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
Garnish with lemon zest and fresh mint if desired.
3. Serve or Store
Serve immediately for maximum granola crunch.
If making ahead, layer the yogurt and berries first and add the granola just before serving to keep it crisp.
