Berry Yogurt Parfaits with Granola
A light and wholesome recipe that’s as beautiful as it is delicious! These layered parfaits combine creamy yogurt, fresh seasonal berries, and crunchy granola—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy dessert.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Parfaits:
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (dairy or plant-based) 
- 1½ cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries) 
- 1½ cups granola (homemade or store-bought) 
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional) 
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for brightness) 
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional) 
Instructions
1. Prep the Ingredients
- Wash and slice the berries if needed. 
- If using plain yogurt, you can sweeten it slightly with honey or maple syrup to taste. 
2. Layer the Parfaits
- In small glasses or jars, layer the ingredients in this order: - A couple spoonfuls of yogurt 
- A handful of berries 
- A spoonful of granola 
 
- Repeat layers until the containers are filled, ending with berries and a sprinkle of granola on top. 
- Garnish with lemon zest and fresh mint if desired. 
3. Serve or Store
- Serve immediately for maximum granola crunch. 
- If making ahead, layer the yogurt and berries first and add the granola just before serving to keep it crisp.
